Reflecting on 2024:

Pinestel’s Journey Through 100+ Projects

As the year wraps up, and amidst the countless musical recaps filling our feeds, we decided to look back on what 2024 brought to Pinestel. Over the course of more than 100 projects, we worked on an incredible variety of products—spanning from everyday essentials to downright quirky gadgets.

As spring arrived, the pace picked up, thanks to Pece lining up one project after another. It was the start of a whirlwind season, and to be honest, we don’t talk much about spring and summer around the office—it all became such a blur. Even with endless overtime, the workload was intense. Yet, through it all, we found special moments, like hosting not one, but two clients who traveled from Cyprus and Israel to Macedonia just to see their projects come to life.

The summer heat also came with its challenges. Two significant projects—a dog chew toy and organizational jars—didn’t go as planned. One faced production issues, while the other got derailed in the studio (mixing up Dutch and German labels was not our finest moment). But these setbacks became valuable learning experiences. They forced us to re-evaluate our processes, tighten our workflows, and set a clearer direction for future projects.

At this point we had a hard realization: while we adore dogs, having them in the office wasn’t quite working out. No hard feelings, but maybe fewer pet projects, please

Amidst the ups and downs, we had some standout projects that became team favorites:

  • Green Blazer Rolling Cones: Don’t worry, we haven’t used them all (yet).
  • Inky Duck Tattoo Cream: Finally, Joana’s tattoos had a starring role in the office.
  • Pepperoo Dino Nugget Pillow Set: Who wouldn’t fall in love with this product?

By mid-October, we embarked on an exciting project for Slida File, a patented filling tool. It was our first time working on a handy tool, and we handled both the photography and design. While closely working with our clients, we gained invaluable insights into how social media can transform businesses, inspiring us to level up our own Pinestel account; hence the very active social accounts.

2024 was also a year of breakthroughs in branding. With Blagoj’s expertise, we made significant strides and established ourselves as a force to be reckoned with in this field. Here’s hoping there’s plenty more branding magic in store.

While we did part ways with some clients and colleagues, we also gained incredible new partnerships and connected with people who share our vision and determination. Working alongside like-minded individuals has only deepened our love for what we do—and made us even better at it.

This year, we laughed, argued, sat through a few pointless meetings, went on amazing team-building trips, and yes, even shed some tears. But looking back now, we’re filled with pride at what this small-town creative agency has achieved in just 365 days.
