Digital Marketing Strategist

Pinestel is looking for a T‑shaped marketer who can bring in new business and craft the Amazon marketing blueprints our clients rely on. You’ll run paid campaigns, map out customer journeys, and keep our own and clients’ social feeds active—turning strategy into tangible growth.

  • Lead generation: plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) to deliver ≥ 15 SQLs per month.
  • Amazon marketing plans: conduct keyword + competitor research, build customer‑journey briefs, and hand off clear creative tasks.
Content engine: own the calendar—weekly newsletter, 2 LinkedIn posts, 1 blog outline; coordinate copy/design hand‑offs.
  • Social media management: schedule posts and engage daily for Pinestel and select clients; report monthly results.
  • Analytics & reporting: track CPL, ROAS, listing KPIs, and present insights each week.

Your first 90–120 days are about traction and clarity—not vanity numbers. We’ll know you’re crushing it when:

  • Brand‑new, measurable lead pipeline is live and humming.
  • Amazon marketing plan template is adopted across all client projects.
  • Content calendar is never less than 4 weeks ahead.
  • Reporting cadence is automated and insights‑driven, guiding budget decisions.
  • 3+ yrs hands‑on demand‑gen / growth marketing for B2B services or e‑commerce brands.
  • Amazon marketplace know‑how: listing optimization, keyword tools (Helium 10/DataDive), basics of PPC & Brand Analytics.
  • Copy chops: C2‑level English, able to write ad copy, emails and briefs that convert.
  • Analytics mindset: proficient with GA4, Looker Studio, A/B testing, attribution models.
  • MarTech fluency: ClickUp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot/Klaviyo, basic Canva or Figma.
  • Stakeholder savvy: can present data to non‑marketers and brief creatives with zero ambiguity.
  • Nice‑to‑have: basic SEO/SEM, webinar or virtual‑event experience, familiarity with Midjourney or generative AI tools.
  • Continuous learning budget (courses, conferences, Amazon events).
  • Quarterly career sprints to map your next skills gap and close it.
  • Clear promotion path: build the growth function and step up to Marketing Director within 18–24 months based on results.
  • Option to lead a team as the department scales.
  • Access to our creative lab (studio, AI tools, testing sandbox) to experiment and publish thought leadership.

Production Assistant

Pinestel’s studio churns out Amazon‑ready product visuals every week—photos, videos, motion graphics. We need a hands‑on Production Assistant to keep shoots running smoothly, gear organised and files flowing to the post‑production team.

  • Shoot Support
Prep sets, lighting and props before call time.
Assist photographers, videographers and talent during shooting; manage shot lists.
Handle product styling tweaks, quick clean‑ups and continuity checks.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling on set.
  • Logistics & Coordination
Draft call sheets, confirm model/talent arrival, arrange product shipments and returns.
Drive for local pick‑ups when needed (props, gear, snacks—whatever keeps the crew on track).
  • Asset Management
Ingest footage and images same‑day to Synology; apply correct naming conventions.
Back‑up, tag and hand off selects to editors/designers in ClickUp.
  • Studio & Gear Upkeep
Track inventory, schedule equipment maintenance, keep the space tidy and safe.
Order expendables (gaffer tape, batteries, cleaning kits) before anyone runs out.
  • Administrative Tasks
File receipts, update production budget sheets, prepare wrap reports.
  • 100 % of shoots start on time with all gear and products ready.
  • Asset ingestion, naming and backup completed within 24 h of each shoot.
  • Studio inventory log updated weekly without producer reminders.
  • Positive feedback from production leads on reliability, initiative and communication.
  • 1+ year on‑set or studio experience (photo, video or agency).
  • Working knowledge of camera, lighting and grip basics.
  • Meticulous organiser—can juggle props, products and file structures without dropping the ball.
  • Comfortable lifting up to 20 kg and standing for extended periods.
  • Tools: Google Workspace, ClickUp, basic Adobe Bridge/Lightroom;
  • Driver’s license.
  • Languages: Macedonian (native) and English (B2) for clear crew comms.
  • Mentorship from senior Producers and DPs.
  • Clear path to Production Coordinator within 12–18 months based on initiative and organisational chops.
  • Access to training workshops (lighting, camera, colour) and certifications.
  • Opportunity to niche down into photo, video or studio management as we scale.
