Creative Specialist

We are looking for a sharp, marketing minded Creative Specialist to join our team at Pinestel. If you love ideas, visuals, and words, and you want to turn them into real projects that sell, this role is for you.

You will imagine projects, shape them into clear creative direction, and lead them to the finish line together with our designers, photo and video team, and marketing.

  • Build creative concepts and storylines for Amazon listings, storefronts, web pages, and campaigns
  • Create Amazon image set plans that map out the full visual journey
  • Turn ideas into clear briefs for designers, photo and video, and marketing
  • Write and shape copy outlines for images, video scripts, and social or campaign assets
  • Connect storefronts and web pages so the brand feels consistent across touchpoints
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and department leads, you own the creative quality, the PM owns task tracking and deadlines
  • Protect brand consistency and quality from first idea to final delivery
  • Join client conversations when needed and present ideas clearly in fluent English.

Office Assistant / Admin

We are looking for a reliable, organised Office Assistant / Admin to support the day to day operations . This is a hands on role that keeps the office running smoothly, supports paperwork and communication, and helps the team stay focused on creative work. If you like structure, order, helping people, and you enjoy making sure “nothing falls through the cracks”, you will fit in well here. If you like the role but feel not fully ready, apply anyway, we can help you grow into it.

  • Support daily office operations, supplies, and basic logistics
  • Help with administrative paperwork, printing, scanning, signatures, and filing
  • Organise digital documents in Google Drive and our internal folder structures
  • Collect and prepare invoices and receipts for accounting and finance
  • Support the team with travel bookings, meeting scheduling, and basic coordination
  • Assist with simple HR admin tasks such as contracts, forms, and onboarding checklists

Digital Marketing Manager

Pinestel is looking for a T‑shaped marketer who can bring in new business and craft the Amazon marketing blueprints our clients rely on. You’ll run paid campaigns, map out customer journeys, and keep our own and clients’ social feeds active, turning strategy into tangible growth.

  • Lead generation: plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google) to deliver ≥ 15 SQLs per month.
  • Amazon marketing plans: conduct keyword + competitor research, build customer‑journey briefs, and hand off clear creative tasks.
    Content engine: own the calendar, weekly newsletter, 2 LinkedIn posts, 1 blog outline; coordinate copy/design hand‑offs.

Production Assistant

Pinestel’s studio churns out Amazon‑ready product visuals every week—photos, videos, motion graphics. We need a hands‑on Production Assistant to keep shoots running smoothly, gear organised and files flowing to the post‑production team.

  • Shoot Support
    Prep sets, lighting and props before call time.
    Assist photographers, videographers and talent during shooting; manage shot lists.
    Handle product styling tweaks, quick clean‑ups and continuity checks.
    Contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling on set.
  • Logistics & Coordination
    Draft call sheets, confirm model/talent arrival, arrange product shipments and returns.
    Drive for local pick‑ups when needed (props, gear, snacks—whatever keeps the crew on track).
  • Asset Management
    Ingest footage and images same‑day to Synology; apply correct naming conventions.
    Back‑up, tag and hand off selects to editors/designers in ClickUp.
  • Studio & Gear Upkeep
    Track inventory, schedule equipment maintenance, keep the space tidy and safe.
    Order expendables (gaffer tape, batteries, cleaning kits) before anyone runs out.
  • Administrative Tasks
    File receipts, update production budget sheets, prepare wrap reports.

Junior eCommerce Designer

We’re looking for a creative, detail-focused Junior eCommerce Designer to join our growing team at Pinestel.com.If you love bringing ideas to life through visuals and want to learn how to design for conversion — this is the role for you.

Available to:

  • Design Amazon product images, infographics, and A+ content based on creative briefs.
  • Create layouts and visual assets for eCommerce listings, ads, and landing pages.

Someone who can turn chaos into checklists, support the team behind the scenes, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
