Step into the world of creative content with Pinestel — where models help bring top-selling products to life through dynamic photo and video shoots. Whether you’re just starting out or building your portfolio, we work with a diverse range of models for lifestyle, commercial, and e-commerce projects.
Enjoy paid opportunities, gain exposure across major platforms, and collaborate with a professional team that values your talent. No experience required — just confidence, reliability, and a great attitude.
Please arrive at your scheduled call time — not before or after. Early arrivals may interrupt set prep.
Arrive with base or light makeup and clean, styled hair. For most shoots, a natural look is preferred unless we’ve directed otherwise.
Always bring at least 3-4 outfit options unless wardrobe is fully provided. Include neutral tones, fitted and flattering styles, and avoid logos.
Nails should be clean, trimmed, and natural. A basic nude or clear manicure is preferred. No chipped polish or bold colors unless instructed.
Bring and wear nude or seamless undergarments appropriate for outfit changes.
Come energized and ready. You’ll perform best if you’re fed and well-rested.
Be responsive to the photographer and creative team. Your professionalism and attitude make a huge difference!
If you’re delayed, sick, or unsure about anything prior to the shoot, contact your project lead ASAP.
Bring water, touch-up makeup, hairbrush, deodorant, and backup shoes if necessary.
Please do not arrive earlier than your scheduled time unless asked. Our team needs setup time.
Only scheduled models and approved staff may attend the shoot.
Avoid glam, heavy eyeliner, or loud lipstick unless directed.
Stick to your agreed-upon look and grooming. No new haircuts, colors, or styles without notice.
Many sets include food, pets, or people with sensitivities. Stick to light or no scent.
Behind-the-scenes content is confidential until the client releases it. Ask before sharing anything online.
Please avoid excessive sun exposure before shoot day.
Unless instructed, keep nails short and natural-looking.
Let us know in advance if you have visible bruises, cuts, rashes, or recent injuries that may affect shooting areas (legs, arms, hands, face, etc.).
Please avoid facials, dermaplaning, or chemical peels within 72 hours of the shoot unless cleared. These may cause redness or texture changes.
Avoid waxing, shaving, or laser less than 24 hours before the shoot to prevent visible irritation or bumps. Legs, arms, underarms should be clean and smooth if visible — unless otherwise stated.
If you have allergies to makeup, fabrics, foods, or animals, let us know ASAP so we can adjust.
Disclose any visible tattoos or piercings ahead of time if not previously discussed. We may need to adjust styling or retouching.
If you've made a change to hair length, color, nails, facial hair, or body mods, we need to know. Consistency is key for the project.
If you’re feeling unwell or need breaks, we understand — just communicate before or during the shoot. Comfort is a priority.
There are multiple ways to get in touch: email, phone, or simply visit our office! Yep, we’re that “other” type of agency that still works from the office. It’s a benefit, not a drawback!
There’s only one single reason to give us your email: discounts. To be honest, we give discounts when business is slow, to keep the machine turnin’.
We also give back the usual bull: promotions, updates, advice, etc. If you’re up for that!
