How do I request creatives?

What if I don't like the creative?

Is there any creative work you don't cover?
Yes, we do not cover 3D modeling, 2D/3D animation (basics such as text & logo animations are included), social media management, big set commercials & complex packaging designs.
What if I only have a single request?
No problem at all. You have the option to engage our services on a project-by-project basis or simply pause your subscription once you’re done and come back whenever new design needs arise. This way, you won’t have to worry about any leftover subscription time going unused.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
We insist working on a per-project basis first, or a trial without contract to test our services. However, given the premium quality of our service, we do not offer refunds.
Can I get a discount?
