Pricing & Payments

Are your prices per-photo or per-product?

We usually charge for each photo. If you want 3 photos for each of your 2 products, we’ll give you a price for all 6 photos. But, for Amazon packages, it’s different. You pay one price for the whole package and get multiple photos.

The cost of product photography varies based on how many photos you need and any extra services you choose. For detailed prices, check our pricing page.

Here’s an example: If you’re a clothing company with 5 t-shirts and want front and back shots of each, that’s 10 photos. We charge $40 per photo, so it would cost $400 in total, not including shipping or any extras. However, our standard pricing is $40 per photo.

Before starting your project, we’ll provide a detailed quote and a payment instructions. You can pay electronically. We accept payments through Wise, Payoneer, and direct bank-to-bank transfers.

To get a lower price per photo, it’s better to combine small projects into one big project. Each project is priced on its own, but if you group them together, you can get a discount for ordering more photos at once. This is because it’s easier for us to do one big project than several small ones.

Delivery

In what format are my creatives delivered?

Your creatives will be delivered in the format you need. We shoot photos at very high resolutions, ranging from 33 to 42 megapixels, depending on the product. If you need large images, we can provide them up to 6000×6000 pixels.

For videos, we offer 4K quality with a web-friendly H264 format. The length of the video will depend on what type of video you’re requesting.

Design files can be delivered in vector or raster files, depending on your necessity.

Once your creatives are ready, we’ll send them to you through a secure Google Drive folder. You’ll get a unique link to access it. Just log in to your account to see and download the high-resolution images.

Also, we’ll keep your images on our server. You can access and download them again later, and we won’t charge you extra for this.

We store the raw files on our server for 3 months and the project files for 6 months after your project is completed.

If you need us to keep them for longer, we can do that. But because these files are really big, we charge a yearly fee for extended storage.

Yes, we can share the project files with you. This is available as an optional add-on, because preparing these files for delivery takes extra time and resources. Just keep in mind that there’s an additional fee for this service.

When you receive the final photos, they come with a royalty-free license. This lets you use the photos in any of your publications as much as you want, in as many places as you want, without paying us any more money. You can use them in print ads, on packaging, websites, TV, and more.

But remember, we still own the copyright to these photos. You can’t sell them to someone else without our written permission.

For more details on the licensing, please check our Terms of Service.

Process

How long does a project take to deliver?

Projects usually take around 2 to 3 weeks to complete. This timeframe doesn’t include holidays and starts from when we get your products and payment. If your project has a lot of photos, it might take a bit longer.

Need it faster? We might be able to rush your order, just ask us about it.

If we make a mistake, we’ll happily re-shoot or edit the photos for free to fix it. But, if you need a re-shoot because of a style change, editorial decision, or a mistake on your end, we’ll give you a price for that when you ask for the change.

Not at all. We’ve streamlined our process so you can be closely involved in your project, regardless of your location. You’ll be kept up-to-date on the progress at all times, and making revisions is quick and straightforward.

Shipping

How can I ship my products to you?

UPS, DHL, EMS, SnailMail or FedEx. Everything works nowadays.

When shipping, do consider import rules and customs. A quick chat on how to do this always proves useful, most of the times it’s easier than it looks.

Yes, we can usually return your items. But, do consider import and export rules. The cost for returning items will be in your quote and invoice. You can also give us a return shipping label or your UPS, DHL, EMS, or FedEx account number.

If you don’t want your items back, you can tell us to donate them to a local charity or throw them away.

Absolutely! We can handle your large or heavy products. Just make sure to contact us first if you’re sending something big. Our studio is equipped to manage large items, and we have a roll-up warehouse door for larger shipments. Keep in mind, for products larger than 3 feet on the longest side, there’s an additional charge, but we’ll work with you to accommodate your needs.

What do you need from me to get started?

Good question! For starters, the annual cost of a full-time senior-level creative employee now exceeds $100,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to utilize.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your employee when you have work available for them.
